Bloodied, tied woman crying for help found on Oregon bridge
A police officer found a bleeding lady with her wrists bound on the Yaquina Bay Bridge in Oregon on Friday night.
Newport Police Department said in a press statement that the event occurred at around 11 p.m.
She had blood all over her face and head, and her wrists were apparently "hogtied" behind her back with rope and shoelaces.
The lady was injured and evacuated by ambulance to a local hospital.
According to her account, she was informed that the attack would end if she did not resist.
In addition, authorities said that Brannies had an outstanding warrant related to an assault case from the past.
