Bryson DeChambeau and Bubba Watson claim they haven't gotten the second half of their PGA Tour bonus money. DeChambeau said it's "childish."
DeChambeau said ESPN he opted to continue as a plaintiff in LIV Golf's federal antitrust case against the Tour because
he hasn't been paid $1.75 million of his $3.5 million in 2021 PIP bonus money.
It's not about the money, says DeChambeau. "It's how you react"
DeChambeau competed in the Valero Texas Open to meet the first criteria. He told ESPN he would participate in a First Tee charity event in Dallas next month to check off the second item
The Tour said DeChambeau his presence wouldn't count since he's no longer a "good standing" member.
Because he's not in good standing, DeChambeau can't support young golfers.
"That's childish." It's an emotional barometer. I accept and understand that, but when you've accomplished something and entertained them last year, I'm suing.
