Cashews protect against cardiovascular disease and other chronic conditions. -Maria F. Carzón, B.S. in Human Nutrition

"Eating half a cup of cashews daily may aid in preventing heart disease." Bachelor of Science in Dietetics/Dietitian, Toni Tran

Cashews have a lot of healthy fats, are high in fibre, and don't have much sugar. Due to its high nutrient content, cashews are associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular disease and weight gain.

Since casher is so high in magnesium, it may interact negatively with drugs like quinolone antibiotics like ciprofloxacin

Young children are at risk for developing an allergy to cashews, and this number is rising steadily.

This causes swelling, itching of the mouth and oesophagus, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea, and narrows the airways, leading to shortness of breath.
