Eggs could be considered ‘healthy’ under proposed FDA guidelines

Nuts, seeds, higher-fat seafood like salmon, oils, and eggs might utilise the "healthy" label under these revised rules.
The FDA stated in 2016 advice that nutrition science has evolved since "healthy" was defined in 1993.
Adding "healthy fats" like polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats may lessen illness risk.
