Lonzo Ball on his knee injury: "I've never dealt with this."

Injuries are the worst part of pro sports, killing many potential careers. Talented players enter the NBA every year, but many don't have successful careers

Kawhi Leonard and Anthony Davis are contemporary examples. Both are NBA champions, but ailments are sullying their reputation

Another young talent who entered the league with much fanfare is struggling. The Bulls just announced that Lonzo Ball will need another knee surgery.

"Lonzo Ball will have arthroscopic knee surgery in Los Angeles on Sept. 28. In 4-6 weeks, he'll be reevaluated."

Ball has officially addressed questions about when he'll return to the floor. Bulls supporters searching for hope will be terribly disappointed.

Lonzo's January knee injury lost the Bulls several victories. He was anticipated to return shortly, but now there's no timeframe. Ball's injury sounds horrible from what he's saying.
