It's wonderful to push our mind and body sometimes. We do several workouts mindlessly.
When the motion becomes routine, we lose the challenge.
Lift both legs to a 90-degree angle and raise both arms straight up over your body.
With arms and legs outstretched, focus on movement, direction, and balance.
Lower your left arm straight above. While hovering, straighten your right leg.
After returning to the beginning position, extend the opposing arm and leg.
