MLB responds to ALCS Game 2 fan incident

One fan ran onto the field during Game 2 of the ALCS between the Yankees and Astros. Ryan Pressly was warming up in the ninth inning.

Social media contains footage of the event, which was not aired. The fan was attempting to obtain a photo or chat to Jose Altuve.

The fan was removed by security so the ninth inning could begin.
In the MLB, incidents like these are common, but in a 3-2 game in the ninth inning, many were annoyed by the delay.

The individual who raced on the field looks to be an Astros fan, which makes it more stranger since it may hurt Ryan Pressly.

Pressly closed the show and gave Houston a 2-0 series lead against the Yankees.

If the Yankees had scored against Pressly in the ninth inning, Astros fans would feel differently about him.
