The 2022-23 NBA season has not gone well for any club, but the Philadelphia 76ers have been especially disappointing.
Despite having high expectations for this season, the Sixers have struggled to a 1-4 start. Fans have had it with head coach Doc Rivers after last season's disappointing run to the playoffs.
After the team's defeat to the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night, many fans took to social media to demand that Rivers be fired.
"The Sixers crushed the Raptors the previous time they met despite having a far weaker team and being plagued by injury. They now seem to have zero basketball skills.
"Even though the Sixers lost, I'm not too upset since the Phillies made it to the World Series. Get rid of Dr. Rivers! "a second supporter joined the group.
Another supporter said, "I'm not going to be able to judge how amazing this squad truly is until we Fire Doc."
