Noah Vonleh reportedly is likely to make Celtics final roster cuts prior to season
The Celtics still have one preseason game left, but big man Noah Vonleh has apparently proven enough to stay.
Vonleh has the inside track for one of the two remaining roster slots after the Celtics overhauled and refilled their bench.
Vonleh displayed fascinating skills in three preseason games, especially as a rebounder for a squad that has needed rebounding with Robert Williams out.
Vonleh would be returning to the NBA and Boston after playing for the Shanghai Sharks in China.
Vonleh has played on teams with great offensive talent previously, so he understands how to contribute.
Himmelsbach said Justin Jackson, Jake Layman, and Mfiondu Kabengele will compete for the last roster position.
