The Houston Astros' starter Justin Verlander let up his tenth career World Series home run in the first inning of Game 5 against the Philadelphia Phillies.
His 10 home runs allowed now stand as a World Series record.
As the series is tied at two games each, Kyle Schwarber smashed an extraordinarily massive home run off Verlander to start things up for the Phillies.
The World Series will return to Houston for Game 6 on Saturday night, giving the victor of this game the chance to claim the championship. Game 7 would be played if necessary on Sunday night.
In this game, Verlander will be praying that the home run he let to Schwarber is the only one he gives up.
FOX is currently broadcasting The World Series.
