UK wardrobes stuffed with unworn clothes
A fifth of our clothing haven't been worn in a year, even though we're keeping them longer.
The UK has 1.6 billion unused clothing, according to WRAP.
Compared to 2013, jeans are retained for four years on average.
It discovered that consumers retained their garments longer between 2013 and 2021.

UN estimates that the fashion business contributes 8% of global greenhouse gas emissions.
