All vegetables. Dark green, red, and orange; dry or canned beans, peas, and lentils
Fruits, particularly uncut pieces of fruit
Dairy products, such as skim milk, low-fat yoghurt, and cheese; fortified soy drinks; soy-based yoghurt substitutes;
Eat plenty of protein-rich foods including lean meats, poultry, eggs, and seafood; beans, peas, and lentils; nuts, seeds, and soy products; and canned fish and beans.
Olive, canola, peanut, safflower, sunflower and maize oils, including oils in nuts, seeds, olives, seafood and avocados.
Some individuals may obsessively consume healthful foods, which might lead to disordered eating.
